    About ovulation
    How many days before and after your period are you ovulating? Also how do you know if you can have children or not?

    If you have a 28 day cycle you ovulate anywhere between 12 - 14 days after the first day of your last period.

    This know for sure if you can have children or not you would have to be examined by a doctor, particularly a fertility specialist.

    You normally ovulate 14 days before your period begins on a 28 day cycle, but it is possible to ovulate more than one in one month withoutn knowing, go to this site for more information:- Women can ovulate more than once a month - 09 July 2003 - New Scientist
