I have irritating pains in my wrists that shoot to my elbows and in my knews that shoots down to my ankles. . They come and go but when it gets cold out it gets worse... Feels like it's the nerves that are throbbing? IT lasts for hours and aspirin does not help. My mom used to say it was growing pains but now I'm 28yrs old and still hurt.. I have been checked for lupus, arthritus, and I'm not dehydrated. I have tried milk, lots of water, aspirin, potassium, iron, nothing has helped. Any ideas?
