My period is now 10 days late, I have only ever been late by one day so this is strange for me. My hubby and I do not use protection, but the last we were intimate was the second week of July, and I got my period after that - so it can't be pregnancy or at least I wouldn't think so. I am however experiencing nausea to the point there I can barely stand as it makes me feel dizzy as well. I also have little spirts of cramping every once in a while in my uterus but nothing drastic.

Anyone know what may be going on here?
