Dayton 5K459B, which is a 115/230 motor, cap start.
Logic says wire colors should be the same or similar.

    Terminal 1 -- line
Terminal 2 -- orange and red
Terminal 3 -- Blue and brown
Terminal 4 -- yellow and white

    To reverse rotation
Switch blue with white and yellow with orange.

Connect the 1&3 together, and connect the 2&4 together.
Now you have 4 connections to connect to the switch. The 5 & 8 are for reversing.
If you provide a diagram of the switch, I could tell you what goes where.
To rotate one direction, connect the hot to 1, 3, and 5. And connect the Neutral to the 2, 4, and 8.
To reverse direction, the switch needs to provide a hot to 1, 3, and 8. and the Neutral to 2, 4, and 5,

    This diagram conflicts with yours:
    Google Image Result for http://www.electricmotorwarehouse.com/IMAGES/RS1_diagram.jpg

The Neutral does not need to go to or through the switch, and can connect to t1 and t3
Both diagrams show a connection on switch terminals 5 and 6 in both directions, so Line(hot)connects to switch terminal 5, and switch terminal 6 connects to motor wires t2 and t4.
Been a while since I used those switches(Salt air).

If you have Hot and neutral in the right spot on the switch, then switch(with motor NOT attached, and as you switch from forward to reverse, you will see 2 terminals that switch to a hot or to a neutral, this is where the t5 and t 8 connect, when 1 is hot the other is neutral and vice versa.
To see if it is hot connect 1 to known good neutral and hot, to verify a neutral, measure between a hot and what should be neutral.
    Good Luck.
