Low back pains and pains under rib cage had it 4 day now

That's very general! Pain in the torso (actually any pain) is almost always impossible to diagnose online, and even in person, without a lot of questions, poking, watching you move, and maybe doing X rays and other tests. And we don't know if you mean stomach when you say stomach, or left or right, or what.
So it could be anything from muscle strain to appendicitis to ulcers to gall stones or anything... I even had a friend with those symptoms who had pneumonia, with virtually no coughing. So you really have to see a doctor or clinic.
