I was stop by the city cops for speeding in 59 in 35 mph speed zone on a motorcycle and was sssued and tick for speeding and driving under suspended license for dui... but if I have my license when I go to court will that help..

Get a GREAT lawyer and plead for mercy... In VA that can and most times will get you a year in jail minimum for a first offense. I've seen MANY people get handcuffed and hauled out of court and straight to booking for that very thing.

Not really, they will just suspend it again.

And I agree, I have seen people get some jail time for this, so attorney, and do what he says in court.
