Depends on who ran the plumbing in your place. Odds are there isn't. And you have to shut it off at the main entry valve.

A valve for every place that gets water means there are that many more valves to buy, that many more to install, and that many more chances of one of them leaking in the future.

Had ALL the waste plumbing replaced two years ago in this 60 year old house. A few hot/cold water lines are now copper. No weirdo shut off so's I can work on bathroom without shutting off the rest of the house. Thanks.
