My dog hasn't eaten anything for a week n keeps throwing up dark liquid she moped around no energy I'm worried

Oh... And,. Have you ever heard of an emergency clinic? They're typically open over night for people who work... So not taking her in because your hubby works and blah blah blah whatever else excuse you have... Isn't going to fly...
