One of my twin has s dolico cephalic head, I am just worried other twin is in breach, other than this everything is normal. Please help me with the answer is there are any problems in future in development.

This uterine condition means head shape is longer then wide; in another ultrasound this may not be the case, but it does not signify an abnormality. Please talk to your doctor. Nothing can be determined on the Internet.
