I want to get custody of my half brother and sister or see if I can get visitation rights if I could. I know my mom would take them in. My dads dead and they're with my stepmom who doesn't take care of them. Her nephew was accused of molesting my sister and she did nothing but cover it up. But we found out she stole from my dads dying grandmother and lots more.

But all I want is my bro and sis. If there's any advice please help me I miss them so much.

You're much too young to get custody.

You are too young for visitation, or custody, but you can ask your mom to keep you in touch with them if that's allowed. Ask her.
