Good day. May I know the steps on how I can adopt and let my wife's son use my surname even if his biological father did not give consent? He is acknowledged by his biological father (have signed the bikth certificate) and currently uses his surname.

Step 3-Follow attorney's instructions

I do not recommend doing an adoption, especially if one of the parents won 't consent, without an attorney. So find one and they will help you through the process.
