I was sued in court for medical bills. First and foremost some o the bills that were on there were on there twicwe the same bill and then there were some bills on there that are paid. The attorneys kept dropping the judgement and picking I back up. The judgement is 10 years old and I am being sued again and they will still not credit me for bills that I all ready paid and will not change the amounts to what they are suppose to be. When I got the judgement there was nothing on there that said how much I had to pay that was towrds he ill, and then this much for damages etc. I need help

This doesn't make sense. Once there is a Judgment against you there is no "dropping the judgment and picking it up again." They may step back from enforcing the judgment but in many cases it's good for 10 years, renewable for another 10. The creditor would have 20 years to collect from you.

I very much doubt you are being sued again. If you are being sued it sounds like the Statute of Limitations has expired.

The time to argue the amount you owed was at the Hearing, before the judgment was issued.

It's too late now.

You mean "... how much... toward the bill,. "?

The judgment would be everything you owe the creditor. The original bill doesn't really matter any more.
