I get small absyess on my waist, thighs, and around my vagina (not in) they last few days and go away, they leave dark scars, I am wondering if its bad? Or is it herpes? I THINK I am algeric to elastic... but I want someone who knows to tell me.

Why don't you ask your doctor... none of us can see you or run test on you to find out. Your doctor can.

If you try wearing underwear with no elastic or just don't wear any for a week and see if you still get them. If they are no in the vagina area other than where your panties would touch your legs I would say no on the herpes. Herpes are open cancer type soars on the vagina lips or inner areas.
