Will I overdose on midol complete and zzzquil taking them in within 2 hours apart?

My thought is Midol is a pain reliever and the other is a sleep med, so I would think you would have a great sleep, just take a small dose if you are worried.

This is both bad and dangerous advice - both products contain Diphenhydramine. You don't know the answer, and so you are recommending a "small dose."

Please - if you don't know, don't guess.
