I broke my foot, and had a scheduled operation, I checked in, prepped myself and even got changed into robes and they even put numbing cream on my hands for canulers to be incerted, only to find out the "Instruments are dirty" and was quickly sent home, to come in and repeat the procedure 2 days later (11 days after I actually broke my foot)

The hospital was private-I was woundering if I actually have a good claim, and if I could actually sue?

No...

If they had actually used dirty instruments then you would have.

A mistake was make... the controls put in place worked... nothing wrong happened, its not an invitation to fill up your bank account.

So I couldn't claim any compensation for hassle or Mentle anguish? Im in need of money so want to make sure :), Thanks for awnser

Nope... this falls under the category of Sh** happens. Everything that goes wrong isn't a compensible event.
