IN 2001 I filed for cs in NJ. I was granted 32 dollars a week. I hardly ever get that. My daughter is 12 now. I have never received a cost of living increase. How do I file for my cs to be increased?. I now live in NH... do I go to the court house and file?

Child suport is a function of the fathers income.

You don't get a cost of living adjustment if his income hasn't gotten a cost of living adjustment.

I.E. if he is still making the same amount he was when that order was issued... its not going to go up.
