If a pregnant lady has a sister who has cancer and she can save her sister's life only by donating her bone marrow at the cost of aborting her child, what is she suppose to do in this situation according to Islam? She should save her sister's life or her unborn child ? Given that no other matching donor can be found in the time remaining.
