I just recently had to do some repair on my bathroom sink because I accidentally drilled into a water line in my concrete wall (no dry wall at all). Well, I made the fix on the pipe after opening up the wall. When all is said and done I hooked up the flex lines to the faucet and nothing comes out (yes the water was on).

After racking my brain I took off the fixture and checked the passages... something was blocking the pipes, so I replaced the fixture. After replacing the fixture everything worked great, except the hot water. Now it trickles, but I know it's not in the fixture this time. If I disconnect the line from the fixture and turn the water on I still get low pressure.

Could it be something in the cut off valve under the sink for the hot water? Would replacing that solve my problem, plus a much needed flush of my water heater?

Was it the hot water line you repaired and how was it done? Nm

You may have to disconnect and flush out the stop and the supply line to the fixture.

It was the hot water line. I've already drained the water heater, but have not yet pulled the lines off from under the sink and either replaced or flushed.

Just from the descriptions above, it appears when you repaired the hot waterline in the concrete wall, debris has fallen into the pipe or tubing.
1. The angle stop valve needs to be removed, the line flushed into a bucket to make sure the line is clear.
2. The angle stop needs cleaning out Checkout the valve innards to make sure no seal damage or wear exists. Replace if so.
3. The undersink supply line needs clearing.
4. The faucet may have reclogged, so clean it again.
5. Backflush the tank.

Button everything up and it should be good to go.

I got it fixed! I took the line off under the sink and cleaned it out w/ a water hose and wala... too much crud in the lines and I guess working on them lodged it loose.
