My niece is camping with her parents went to bed without a rash and woke up with a rash that covers her entirely from her neck down except for her arms. It's not bothering her and its not itching. It's red bumps all over her. She also slept with her aunt last night and her aunt does not have any sign of a rash. What can this be?
