I'm 3days late for my period and have diarrhea and light cramping on one side can I be pregnant? Really want this but don't Want to get my hopes up

Well being late for your period is the biggest sign and cramping is a sign so most likley yeah! But get yourself a test done to be 100% sure :)

Three days is not even really late, don't get hopes up yet, Wait another week and see if there is a period or not, if not, then do a pregnancy test first thing in the morning
