Me and My fiancé have been trying to have a baby, although we've only been trying 4 months I feel like I'm not going to get pregnant. I am 3 days late right now, I took 2 urine preganacy tests. The 1st came back negative, the second just gave me faint lines. I don't know what to do now. I really want a baby. Any comments would be much appreciated. Im having really bad abdominal pains and bad heart burn (which I've nevr had before). Also I've had bad migranes lately. Could I be pregnant?

1. You are testing too early 3 days is hardly even late. So wait about one more week and if no period , then test.

2. it can take a healthy couple sometimes over a year to conceive so you are expecting this way to fast

3. Are you tracking ( actually tracking, not online or phone apps) your ovuation period so that sex is timed correctly
