Can u qualify for this for retail theft in pa? I do have a record, but it is all dissmissed cases? This would be a summarry charge.

If all of your cases before were dismissed you don't have a record ? Or do you mean other cases where dismissed after you completed a program?

They were all dismissed, I didn't have to even c the majistrate, no program of any kind, they just show up as dismissed in a record check.

I have papers to plead guilty or not on a summarry retail theft charge, the public defender won't help as it is nontraffic, so I don't know what to plead, and poss get ard if I qualify?
