This is a rock band I guess, there is a dead child with a crown (like cesar), and there is a war with soldiers and geeks, and after there is apocalypse and everybody's running slooowly. No lyrics, and this clip is in black and white, that's what I remember but I'm not sur of everything. And I'm sorry for my poor english !
