My boyfriend was put on 10 years probation back in 2008 for being caught with a gun.. he recently got pulled over in a car with three other people & a gun was found. He has been in jail for 6 months awaiting trail because he has no bond. He is facing 4 felonies along with the violation of probation. (One of the charges is not supposed to be *possession of marijuana * because he had none) but he has something about felon in possession of firearm; running from police; & I'm guessing the violation is the fourth.. not quite sure its soooo much going on. He has hired a lawyer who is trying to get him off with time served; this is in MS.. it seems like a lot & I don't think the outcome will be good.. how long can he get?
