Hi, two nights ago, I had unprotected sex with my partner. We had sex for a pretty long time and the next day, he woke up with a lump on the side of his penis. There is no discharge and the lump is the same color and texture of the rest of his penis. It has swelled up a bit more and he is freaking out. I recently was getting over a yeast infection, but other than that have no sexual health problems and was recently checked out by my gyno. I also use nuvaring which was in while we are having sex. Could this just be irritation from too much sex?

It is the irritation from sex. Same as bumps from masturbating too much. If he is worried, tell him to go to his doctor.

Yes and it should be sore and hurt some, too much ( or to rough sex)
