My mom and my ex step dad divorced almost 2-3 years ago and I want to live with him still because he raised me for 10 years. I really want him to adopt me without my mother's signicture. I will soon be 16 and I want too know if this is possible?

As you are a MINOR your mother will need to approve to this, especially as this is NOT a blood relative.

Sorry, not possible. You are with your mom until the age of majority in you state.

I doubt he could even do it with your mom's ( and with your bio dad's) signing. It is great he was a good father and I hope she lets you stay in contact with him.

But legally he has no relationship with you and he can not adopt you.
