My kid ate an Acc 200 tablet after I gave him 2.5ml of bronchipret. Should I be concerned?

Of course you should be concerned about ANY taking of a prescription drug. Your 'kid?' How old? Is this a medication of his or yours? Does he have asthma? Did you give him a big glass of water after he ate it?

"Adverse effects include bronchospasm, nausea, vomiting, stomatitis, rhinorrhoea, headache, tinnitus, urticaria, chills and fever. Anaphylaxis has less frequently been reported."

Yes, "he ate" how did it get it, why did you allow him to get it? Whose medication is it.

I am concerned just because he was able to get it and do this?

Did you ( if in the US) call poison control as soon as it happened.
