Only states can establish post offices, post roads, and courts inferior to the Supreme Court. True or False?
Inferior to?
What is this question from?
The question makes no sense. What is it from?
Online homeschool?
It still makes no sense. Please explain it in your own words.
The Supreme Court is part of which branch of government?
First, AMHD doesn't do legal homework.
Are you asking if it's true that only State Governments courts inferior to the Superior Court can establish post offices, "post" roads (which in my area refers to posting speed limits)?
Then the question becomes State Supreme Courts or The Supreme Court of the US?
What does your textbook say?
This is also posted under Family Law whch makes even less sense.
First they never said this was from the US, other countries have supreme courts, and post offices
