    First, AMHD doesn't do legal homework.

    Are you asking if it's true that only State Governments courts inferior to the Superior Court can establish post offices, "post" roads (which in my area refers to posting speed limits)?

    Then the question becomes State Supreme Courts or The Supreme Court of the US?

    What does your textbook say?

    This is also posted under Family Law whch makes even less sense.
