Is it possible to find out about an abortion that was done 4 years back using an early abortion pill the next time I get pregnant.

I got pregnant 4 years ago. I had to undergo an abortion. As it was just 3 weeks. I was advised by the doctor to take 2 pills, 1 orally and the other had to be inserted into my vagina. There was normal bleeding after which everything went back to normal. I haven't missed my periods since then , everything is normal. Now my question is I am planning to get married. I want to know whether the doctor will understand that I have had a previous abortion when I become pregnant again. I do not want anyone to know about this matter. So I want to know whether it is possible for the doctor to understand that I had a previous abortion.

If the abortion was not surgical (a DNC) then I doubt if the doctor can tell. However, they probably can tell that you did have a previous pregnancy.

My question is why would NOT want your doctor to have your complete and correct medical history? A doctor needs to know these things to properly treat you. If you want to ensure a safe birth he may need to know. Your doctor is not allowed to tell anyone about it.
