My husband is having Very Sharp Upper Right Back Pain in his back. He say it feels like a charliehorse in his back. He has tried different things to try and make the pain go away, I even rubbed it with Mentholatum pain relief, messaged it , etc. He is a 6'4 and 250 lb man and he is in pain can somebody please tell me what this could be.
