Just completed remodel of bathroom. Replaced tub with shower and moved water source from tub up to wall. Plumber installed the shower valve. We installed one-handle shower control. When turned on to full hot water is luke-warm and never gets hot. What can I do to fix the problem?

What's the brand name of your shower valve?

This doesn't make any sense. Who did the installation? You or the plumber? And did whoever did the installation flush out the supply lines before installing the valve? Let me know, Tom
