I am 72 years old and by chance on a cat scan they found a 7.1 x 6.3 x 5.8 cm complex ovarian cyst. The report states may be a serous cyst or a mucinous cyst. I am so worried. How serious is this and must it be removed and what are chances of it being cancer?
