How do I start to think in terms of sociology? Can someone explain how I should look at various sociological terms (such as legitimization) and answer questions containing those terms? It seems almost too common sense that I can't quite understand what the questions want.

How do you start to think in terms of Sociology? What sources have you read so far? Have you studied the history of Sociology at all? Have you seen a timeline in Sociological Thought and Development? What specific questions are you being asked to answer? You mentioned legitimization, but you need to explain what you are questioned about concerning that term and any other term.
