I'll be driving around and the trucks stalls out I have to let it sit for awhile then it will start up again what's wrong with it?

If you're missing spark when the thing shuts off, it's probably a failing Ignition Control Module (ICM).
If you're missing fuel or fuel pressure when it shuts off, it's probably a failing fuel pump/tank unit.
Does the check engine light operate properly?

Replace the Ignition Control Module.
