I suffer frequent heaviness in my head throughout day and night. I am undergoing psychiatrist treatment since last 6 years. Now I discontinued my treatment on my own without consulting doctor. Is this the reason for heaviness or what? I also think cold whether is one of the main reasons as I cannot bear much cold.

It is never a good idea to simply stop/quit medical treatment.

I think you should go back into treatment.
