    I'm planning to get visitor visa and visiting my sister(australian citizen).and I'm pregnant,I'm afraid cause my delivery date will be when I'm in australia,
    Can I get birth my baby in Australian hospital and what will happened after born anew baby/he will get his right as Australian baby and what about me.

    So in effect you are planning on trying to skirt Australian Immigration law by timing it right?

    You will need to provide prepayment of medical services or have health insurance that is accepted internationally.

    Most countries do not give Citizenship merely by being born there ( US is one of the few), unless one family member has citizenship.
