Will I pass an EtG if I drank Sunday through Wednesday and have a test on Sunday

That depends on how much you drank primarily on the previous Tues and Wed. Also your age, gender, size, weight.
When you stopped on Wed and time of test on Sun.

I drank one vodka and 6 beers and about 4glasses of wine Tuesday and stopped drinking at 9pm Wednesday I drank 3 mikes hard lemonade 2 beers and 3 vodka and some wine, I'm 39 120lbs and a female 5'6 please get back my test is at 1130 Sunday

Also, how is your health? Any previous indication of liver problems?

My health is great no liver problems if I drink lots of water will I be OK

It is very unusual for EtG to be detected above 70 hours regardless of amount of alcohol consumed. There are only a couple of cases in a detox setting and involving chronic long-term alcoholism. But it is possible.

EtG is water soluble and any liquid intake tends to accelerate elimination.
