My wisdom tooth is coming in and I have servere pain. My gums are swollen and my neck has knots. What can I do to stop the pain?

Take an OTC painkiller, or more than one kind alternating, such as ibuprofin and tylenol, and call an oral surgeon ASAP, regardless of expense. Usually the pain won't be helped much until the tooth is removed.
Keep in mind that even OTC painkillers can be dangerous to certain individuals. Tylenol is usually the most recommended as having the least side effects.
