Please tell if you know what this lump behind the ear is or where I can get it removed?

Sometimes it is only a sebaceous cyst. You can apply a warm towel to loosen it and squeeze gently to empty it, you may have to do this for 2 or 3 times if this doesn't work ask a professional help.
