I had . On 9th June. But the penis was not inserted into me. My boyfriend washed his hands before inserted his finger. But since then I have not got my periods properly. My cycle has been as follows:

May 11th (proper)
June 12th (scanty)
July 11th (just spotting)
July 26th (just spotting)

I did two pregnancy tests on July 29th and both came negative. I used I-can and tested with first urine of the day.

The last two months have been stressful more me. But I'm still worried if my periods are improper due to pregnancy/stress/some other reason.

Also, many females in my blood relations experience irregular periods. Please help me with this. I am really worried.
