Hey, so Im 15 and I just started using tampons, and a few times I had no problems putting them in, but other times I wouldn't be able to put it all the way in, it felt like I was hitting a back wall or something, so I tried just pulling the aplicater out some, then pushing the tampon in, but when I took the aplicater out it would burn and I would get a sharp pain in my vagina, is something wrong? Please help! By the way I am a virgin .

If you look on the paper inside the box, it shows an easy way to insert it by putting one leg up. See if you can find that paper in the box. It has pictures, too. Also, it's more difficult if you aren't bleeding too much. Some brands have a smaller size. That may help too,
