I've been absolutely exhausted all the time now, getting hot and cold flashes, nausea, and some abdominal pain for the past 2 months now. I took a pregnancy test a week ago and it was negative. Does anyone know what this could be? I also broke my fibula a little over 2 months ago but don't see how that would relate to this at all. I also went to the dentist today and found out I have an infection in a root canal that was done awhile ago but my dentist told me the infection wouldn't have an effect on my body like that.

You still could be pregnant. I had a friend that was having the same symptoms and she ended up being pregnant. You should probably be careful what you eat, drink, and do..
