I married a felon who was convicted of domestic battiery an false imprisonment 4 years ago served his time we got married an a month ago was picked up for a gun charge an Feds picked up an now will be gone for 5to 7 years. My husband is not even around my son cause he is in prison my ? Is can my son be taking away from me?

So you knew he was a felon before you married him... he's prohibited and got caught with a gun, now he's in jail again for that. Not smart really. So you are OK with all of this I assume but you are worried about losing your kid because of this.

Can you lose custody? Perhaps. Will you? Hard to say. If you have to go to court over this, you may want a lawyer just to be sure.
