Vitamins don't help you to conceive, prenatal vits are worth taking as they help prepare your body for pregnancy. Being overweight can have an effect on fertility, but I got pregnant easily both healthy weight and overweight. It can be a factor but I think it depends on the woman.

If you don't get your period take a test, good luck.

Let's start by saying that gaining or losing weight can postpone your period. So, don't stress out okay.

Also, the vitamins you speak of will not HELP you get pregnant. There is really no such thing to help in conceiving except for good ole mother nature or a doctor's prescription. But they sure as heck won't hurt. Always good to take vitamins.

The symptoms you are describing may very well be pre menstrual symptoms. If you do not get your period within the next week, please take a pregnancy test first thing in the morning.

If it is negative it would be good to make a doctor's appointment to find out what is going on. If it is positive it would be a great prenatal check up.

As the others said, the vitimains won't help you ge pregnant, but will do you more good than harm and will prepare your body for pregnancy. If you are severely overweight, it can have an effect on you getting pregnant. Wait until you are at least 1 week late, then test using the first urine you pass when you wake up, if that is negative and you still don't get your period, ask the doctor to take a blood test. Good luck.
