No Father Listed on Birth Certificate
In the state of Arizona is there a law that states a father must be listed on the birth certificate,a recently passed law.and if father not listed how do you get his name on the certificate after it being 16 years since the birth.

Actually the law is just the opposite. If the mother is married, the husband is listed automatically. Otherwise both parents must sign an acknowledgment of paternity for the father to be listed.

After 16 years the father would have to go to court to establish paternity and have the biorth certificate amended
