We had our router hooked up and running for 3 weeks now it won't let me connect

There are many reasons this could be happening.

Are you able to connect to the router but not the internet?

What kind of router is it?

Do you use broadband, cable, etc..

Like I said, too many possible reasons. Need clarification.
