The public records that I checked were the DPS records for my state and it doesn't show up... my question is will they look any deeper than that to find my arrest?
The form I signed to consent to the fingerprinting says: I authorize the Texas DPS to access Texas and Federal criminal history record info that pertains to me.

If on any application that asks if you have been arrested and you say no... and you were... is grounds for immediate termination. No matter how long it takes for them to find out.
