I'm on the Mirena now for almost a year. I have two children the ages of three and one. I have been feeling the little flutters in my stomach like I did with both of my previous pregnancies. I also been having nausea and I've been very light headed lately. I want another baby but at the same time I don't want to get my hopes up and find out I'm not pregnant. What do you advise me to do?
