Daughter is accused of stealing, claim they have video but refused to show her. She refused to take lie detector test so now they say they are getting an arrest warrant.

They don't have to show her anything at this point. It will come out in discovery before the trial, but after the arrest...

The first thing to do should be getting her a lawyer.

That sounds about right - an arrest warrant is granted based on the evidence, and then the Police come and arrest her.

Where is this that a lie detector test is admissible?

They're probably lying in order to get her to confess... If they were REALLY going to get a warrant, they wouldn't have told her about it..
