    Will parents lose custody
    My sister lost her kids 5 weeks ago to me (aunt and now temporary guardian of her children) cyf has taken them out of her care because of neglect , underweight child, shaken baby syndrome, and drugs and alcohol. The father just recently got out of prison for 6 DUI and other offenses. Will they both not get custody at the next hearing

    There is no way to know - it's going to come down to proof.

    Has there been an attempt to remove custody from either/both of them?

    How long was the father in prison?
